Ordering from Star Reads is easy - simply find the product you want to order and click the 'Add to Basket' button. This will add the product to your shopping basket which you can view at any time by clicking on the 'Your Basket' link at the top of every page.

You can remove or change the quantity of items in your shopping basket and if you do not get the opportunity to complete your order, the items in your shopping basket will remain for 30 days.

Once you have selected all the items you want to buy you can proceed to the checkout page. Please note that you can only complete your order if you have registered and have signed-in.

At the checkout stage you will have the option of making payment via our secure Paypal payment page or paying by a 15 day invoice. Once you have confirmed your method of payment, depending on your selection, one of the following will take place:

Credit/Debit card

Once you have confirmed you would like to pay by credit card you will be passed to our secure Pay Pal payment page, where you will be prompted to credit/debit card details.

15 day Invoice

Upon selecting 15 day Invoice method of payment you will be prompted to enter your company’s billing name and address. You will then receive an invoice allowing you 15 days to make payment in full. There is a £2.75 administration charge for all invoices processed which will be added to your total bill and the 15 day payment period will commence on the first day after you have placed your order.

Upon successful completion at the payment stage you will be transferred back to Star Reads and simply need to click on the 'Click to Continue' button to complete your order.

If you have registered with Star Reads you can change your account details (e.g. email, address, contact number) by signing-in and then clicking the 'Your Account' link at the top of each page.

Simply, amend the details that you wish to change, click the 'Next' button and confirm your changes by clicking the 'Update Account' button. You will then be prompted to sign-in again to ensure your new details have been accepted.

Delivery is to the United Kingdom and E.C. Countries only. Posters will be despatched by second class post and all posters will be despatched within 3-4 working days subject to availability. Orders for books packages will take on average 9-14 days and will be despatched by courier.
